• Foreground Location: We access your live location only when the App is actively open on your screen to show your current position on the station map and provide real-time routing to your destination.
• Background Location: The App does not collect or track your location in the background when the app is closed or minimized.

Data Storage

The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number. All routing calculations are performed locally on your device or via anonymous API calls to our mapping provider (Navigine).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide Navigation: Your location data is strictly used to pinpoint your position on the Kacheguda Station map and calculate the shortest walking route to your selected destination (e.g., platforms, food stalls, exits).
• App Functionality: To improve your experience, such as snapping your location to the nearest valid walking path and providing voice-guided directions (if enabled).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or location data to third parties.

Your location data may be processed by our third-party indoor positioning provider (Navigine) solely for the purpose of calculating your coordinates within the station. This data is handled anonymously and is not tied to your personal identity.

4. Permissions Required

To function correctly, the App requests the following permissions:

• Location Permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required to provide real-time indoor navigation.
• Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH / BLUETOOTH_ADMIN): Required for interacting with indoor positioning beacons (if applicable) to improve location accuracy indoors.
• Internet (INTERNET): Required to fetch real-time venue updates and map data.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your data, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
